There are some advantages and limitations in the Web services and Peer-to-Peer computing model.In order to overcome these limitations,the WebPeer-a P2P based Web Services platform is designed.This platform not only can accelerate the Web service's publication,discovery and invocation by using the P2P techniques,but also can describe and reform the P2P services with the Web service's opening standards,which can add more service type to the P2P systems.
