A binary coding network space is constructed, its four edge for two node joint weight correspond to the DNA coding,a corresponding operator is used as computing enzyme for DNA,the design for the algorithm makes the DNA computing to solve the continuous space optimization. The test functions show that the algorithm has better convergence speed and stability, the solving result is excellent.
