Network Video Surveillance System Based on SIP
基于SIP的网络视频监控系统

The paper introduced Session Initial Protocol(SIP).Based on the SIP and the common video surveillance system models,it designed a general SIP network video surveillance system and presented a layered network model,whose components was discussed in detail.The layered network model presented here makes it possible to construct a real digital and network and intellectualized and multimedia video surveillance system.
