Research on Workflow-based Software Process Development

At first, the paper introduces the effect of the human factors in the traditional software process, and proposes a solution of this problem. The solution is to build the SPDET (Software Process Develop Environment Tool) based on the workflow system. And then discusses the principles for building the SPDET, and describes its design and implementation.
