Research on Electronic Business Negotiation Support System Based on Agent and CBR
基于Agent和CBR的电子商务谈判系统模型研究*

This paper presents an electronic business negotiation support system based on Multi-Agent and Case-Based(Reaso-)(ning(CBR).) The model applies CBR to capture and reuse previously successful negotiation case in the Multi-Agent context.From the cases,the adaptive negotiation strategies are abstracted dynamically to provide decision support for the transaction.The relevant issues are discussed,including matching of negotiation case and selection of negotiation strategy.
