A Case Study: SLA Evaluation of an Information System

Abstract:
SLA (Service Level Agreement) is a new approach of performance evaluaton. The design and implementation of SLA is given in the paper based on the information system of Institute of Computing Technology (ICT), Chinese Academy of Sciences. To illustrate the advantage of ICT information system, a new performance standard is provided. Compared with the traditional evaluation, the features of SLA system are given.
