Study on QoS Mechanism of Mobile IP over MPLS

With the fast development of mobile technology and application, users who use mobile equipments expect to keep Internet access and continued communication when they move. Moreover, users expect to obtain quality of service as well as the immobility network. In the recent years, the research about QoS of immobility network has acquired definite fruit. But the research about QoS of mobility network is much deficiency. The paper analyzes and studies all kinds of technologies on QoS, brings forward a scheme of Mobile IP QoS based QoS Agent, on the basis of the framework in Y.1281. The scheme can basically settle the question of QoS guarantee in mobile environment.
