An Intelligent Neural Network Programming Language(NIPL)is introduced.The denotation semantics of the rules in NIPL has been presented.Therefore,the mathematical model of the rules in NIPL has been built.The theory of symbol inference and the ideas of object-oriented programming have thus been unified.
