Overviews on Memory Leak in Java Program

The memory leak in both Java programs and C/C++ programs is compared in this paper. Related work and tools of Java program memory leak are introduced in detail at first. Then the drawbacks of present solutions to the memory leak in Java programs are outlined and the potential reasons are explored. Finally, the future direction of the corresponding research is outlined.
