The characteristic of the Web community is analyed.Based on Web crawler,space vector model and ranking by relevance technology,the Web community search engine architecture is designed.The Architecture of the system is presented.Based on the performance evaluation,the search system improves the information retrieval performance in the community and makes the collaboration among organizations more effective.
