GIS and Logistics Management in EC Times

In an effort to advance the techniques in logistics management in the EC (E-commerce)era, the advantages of GIS used in logistics management and the application of GIS to logistics analysis is discussed. The conclusion is logistics ma-nagement based on GIS corresponds to the feature of logistics and could better meet the developing need of ES-based logistics.
