Study and Implementation of the Multipoint Video Stream Mixing in Videoconference

ITU-T H. 323 describes the components of multimedia communication systems in those situations where the underlying transport is a packet network. The Multipoint Control Unit( MCU) can provide centralized processing of audio, video and data stream in a multipoint conference. Brings forward some solutions for the request of processing video stream and then particularly present a practical policy aiming at the video signals mixing operation.
