Performance of Cryptosystem on TMS320C6201

Abstract:
The realization of one type of block-cipher named RC6 on DSP chip TMS320C6201 of TI company was presented in this paper. Realized the algorithm according to the properness of the TMS320C6201, and confirm a speed of 157.1Mbits per sec for encryption of 128 bits RC6 and 154.2 Mbits per sec for decryption.
