Research on Program Loop Characteristics of Multimedia Applications
面向多媒体应用程序的循环特征研究

Firstly,introduces some tools and benchmark on multimedia performance analysis.Then,some achievements on the research of multimedia characteristics are presented.However,all the research omits the inner kernel loop of multimedia applications in microcosmic field.Therefore,this paper discusses some inner kernel loops of multimedia applications.At last,we analyze program loop characteristics of EPIC(Efficient Pyramid Image Coder) based on wavelet decomposition.
