Research on Personal Multimedia Mobile Services System Based on Web Services

OSA is the framework of next generation network.This Paper describes briefly the architecture of personal multimedia mobile services based on Parlay and the principle of Web Services.Comparing Web Services with Parlay,then a system based on Web Services model is also proposed.Finally,the design and implement of one module is discussed in details.
