Study About Chinese Base Noun Identification

Based on concept primitive symbol of HNC, this paper analyzed the character of a new base noun combines Chinese characters or words, sumed up the rules of processing the new base noun. Based on BNF and production rule, it formalized the processing rules for a new base noun and the rules by computer program.
