Java Applet Realizes 2-layer Model for Direct Connection with Web DB
Java Applet实现两层模式下网络数据库的直接连接

The 3-layer scheme is now the prevalent connection technique for Web databases. Considering the features of In-tranet, this paper discusses a 2-layer model for a direct connection with Webdatabase, which can largely simplify the pro-gramming and improve the response speed of Web data. A technically practical method which has been tested is also given on the platform of SQL Server 2000.
