Implement Remote Control to Pan/Tilt and Cameral Using ActiveX Control

Abstract:
This paper has introduced decode, pan/tilt and the hardware link of them with the port of computer serial communication in a system of digital surveillance. Using an example of Pelco decode,introduced a method which implement the remote control pan/tilt and cameral when programming with VC++ tools, using method of OOP,utilizing ActiveX control and TCP/IP protocol.
