It is two major committed steps of interfering measurement that Interferometric SAR image registration and removal of the phase of the flat earth.Some methods about data preprocessing, control points determining, complex image registration and removal of control points determining,complex image registration and removal of the phase of the flat earth are introduced.In the meantime,interfering the basic principle that the effect got rid of level land of picture in introduction,a kind of method to obtain the high-accuracy the same name control point fast have being put forward.In this research,ERS-1,ERS-2 complex data in the area of Zhangbei is used.
