ITS Pattern Based on Video and GIS Data

In this paper the current situation of ITS and the outlook of city traffic were firstly analyzed, then an ITS pattern based on traffic video and city GIS data was proposed, and then some key techniques of intelligent crossing, traffic control center, and personalized travel navigation were discussed. This pattern can satisfy the mass personalized travel request without complex client port work.
