Peer-to-Peer(P2P) networking technology has developed more quickly in recent year,and it has character of pure distribute.Gnutella is a typical P2P network.It can eliminate single bottleneck,but it brings a lot of redundancy messages.The messages are divided by its prior degree,the Algorithm of Discarding Connection Management (DCMA) is given,the buffer time is set in order to deal with the response message.The approach can hold a high effective connection management.
