Management of vast quantities of spatial data requests the support of multi-servers,cross-server operation for spatial data is a key problem should be resolved.To the problems in management of Oracle Client/Server architecture mechanisms for crosss-server spatial data,remote in-line procedures,triggers and other techniques are introduced.With the design of extended functions for Oracle Spatial,the distributed management for cross-server is realized.
