The developing efficiency of MIS has been improved greatly with the application of component and framework,also the architecture of MIS. Above the construction of graduate school MIS in our university,this paper introduces in detail the design of the graduate school MIS base on component technique.The emphasis is placed on researching general design and implementation methods of graduate school MIS which based on framework model and component technique.
