Simulation Program with Integrated Circuit Emphasis(SPICE) is important in IC design and the evaluation of circuit's capability.In recent years,object-oriented approach has been in the dominative status in software design.Based on SPICE,presents an analysis and design method by using UML,which can model the system clearly and efficiently.And it turns out to be an effective way of improving quality and efficiency of software design.
