Classification Algorithm of Requirement in Farmer Service System Based on Call Center
基于呼叫中心的农户服务系统需求分类算法研究*

To solve the application of expert system, a farmer service system based on call center has been developed. This paper classifies requirement of farmer into important, common and anticipated based on the classification algorithm to find out the urgent need of farmer and help to supply new knowledge to expert system.
