THERMODYNAMIC AND KINETIC ANALYSIS OF IN SITU SYNTHESIS OF MoSi_2-SiC COMPOSITE
MoSi2—SiC复合材料原位合成热力学和动力学分析

On the basis of the thermodynamic calculation,XRD and DTA measurements, in view of thermodynamics and kinetics, the phase formation involved in the processing of reactively in situ reactive synthesis of MoSi2-SiC composites are systematically analyzed. Proper heating rate, sintering temperature, and sintering time are recommended.
