PREPARATION OF NANOCRYSTALLINE TITANIA
纳米TiO2粉末的制备

Nanocrystalline titania particles were prepared by using precursor method from titanium tetrachloride.The microstructure was determined by using DTA-TG,XRD,TEM and Q-900 analyses.The results show that the spherical nanocrystal with rutile structure has an avarage diameter of 8.5 nm,good dispersity and purity.It's size distribution is from 5.0 nm to 15.0 nm.
