THE EFFECTIVE MEDIUM THEORY OF THE CONDUCTIVITY CHANGE DURING THE FORMATION OF METAL FILM
金属薄膜形成过程中电导特性变化的有效媒质理论

The calculated results indicated that the effective medium theory is available and convenient for discribing the conductivity of metal film during the film formation. The little difference between the theoretically calculated and experimental results was discussed in detail.
