Numerical simulation of the cross flow swirl solid-liquid separation equipment of high efficiency

Abstract:
A new type of cross-flow swirl solid-liquid separation equipment of high efficiency was introduced in this paper,the distribution of three-dimensional liquid flow field,discrete phase sand running tracks and the removal efficiency of sand were obtained by the model of discrete phase,defined the characteristics of its precipitation.The conclusions are valuable to the further improvement of the cross-flow swirl solid-liquid separation equipment of high efficiency designing.
