Influence of pulse supply in collecting area on collection performance of electrostatic precipitator
|
Abstract:
The two-stages electrostatic precipitator (ESP) model was set up. The dust collection efficiency of two-stages electrostatic precipitator (ESP) was investigated under different parameters, including pre-charge voltage, power supply mode, electrode-plate space distance, and electrode type. The result showed that the dust collection efficiency of two-stages ESP increased with increasing of pre-charge voltage, and was better than that of single-stage ESP. The dust collection efficiency under pulse power was better than that under DC supply power; as to PM2.5, which grade efficiency is over 16.9% highter than that of in DC supply power. The dust collection efficiency at electrode-plate space distance 400 mm was higher than that of at 300 mm, and the migration was depply enhanced. Nail electrode had a more contribution than smooth electrode under same base supply voltage. The migration velocity of PM20 under pulse power was over 54.22% highter than that under DC supply power.
