Experimental study on start-up of IC anaerobic reactor treating organic wastewater
IC厌氧反应器处理有机废水启动实验研究

A set of IC anaerobic reactor device was designed. The reactor was inclulated with anaerobic digestion sludge of brewery plant. A study of start-up of the IC reactor was carried out to treat stimulated wastewater. The state,effect and affecting factors were studied, and the changes of the granular sludge were also investigated at the end of the experiment. The experimental results showed that when VLR increased to 4.7 kg/(m3·d),the effluent COD was in a steady state with 250 mg/L, COD removal efficiency could maitain at the level over 85%, the sludge in the reactor was stratified,and the appearance of sludge was black or grey with complete surface structure.
