Abstract:

In bubble reactor,the influencing factors on adsorption NO and SO2 by Co(en)3]2+ were studied.Experimental results showed that pH value and kinds of desulfurization agent are important operation parameters.Oxygen can enhance NO and SO2 absorption.The SO2,CO2 and NO2 can inhibit NO from being adsorbed.Under the experimental conditions that temperature was 20℃,pH value was 13,and concentration of Co(en)3]2+ was 0.025 mol/L,the removal of NO was higher by adding 1 g NH3·H2O,and continuous absorption for 60 min the removal of NO was kept over 93.5%.Adding NaOH and NH3·H2O,the removal rate of SO2 was high.The technology of complex adsorption of NO by Co(en)3]2+ can be carried out in the fule gas desulfurization tower.
