Effect of operating conditions in direct contract membrane distillation process for the treatment of high concentrated ammonia simulated wastewater
直接接触式膜蒸馏工艺处理高浓度氨氮模拟废水中操作条件的影响

Direct contract membrane distillation process was used for high concentrated ammonia simulated wastewater treatment.The initial pH,feed flow and permeate flow were investigated on their influence to the process.The results indicated that increasing initial pH of raw water can significantly enhance the ammonia removal rate,increasing mass transfer coefficient and selectivity.When the initial pH was 12,ammonia removal rate reached 98% in 30 minutes.Raising feed flow got similar regulations.When the initial pH was 11,and the feed flow increased from 400 L/h to 800 L/h,ammonia removal rate increased from 79.8% to 88%.However,the effects of permeate flow on the removal efficiency are not obvious.
