Removal of fluoride using unipolar three-dimensional electrodes

Abstract:
The removal of fluoride using unipolar three-dimensional electrodes and the influencing factors were investigated.The result showed that the removal efficiency was improved with larger specific surface area of particle electrodes,decreased space between polar plates and higher voltage.When the space between polar plates was 10 mm and the voltage was 5 V,the fluoride concentration decreased from 4 mg/L to 0.8 mg/L using activated carbon as the particle electrodes,which reached the standard of drinking water ...
