Aanalysis on the nutritional condition of growth and enzyme production for PVA degradation mixed strains

Abstract:
The influence for growth and enzyme production of different concentration of carbon and nitrogen source and metal ions was investigated in a mixed strains.The results indicated that the inorganic nitrogen sources were better than organic nitrogen sources during the growth of mixed strains.And other carbon sources could promote the growth of microorganism but restrain the activity of PVA degrading enzyme.The orthogonal test results of metal ions on enzyme activity indicated that the concentration of Mg2+ was...
