Some influencing factors of flotation wastewater treatment with bio-contact oxidation method
|
Abstract:
Flotation wastewater comes mainly from non-ferrous metal mines, with a large volume of water, high concentrations of suspended solids, heavy metals and organic wastewater flotation reagent .If flotation wastewater was discharged directly, it would make serious harm to the environment. We adopted bio-contact oxidation to research the ability of biodegradation and the effects of different operational conditions on removal of aniline aerofloat, butyl xanthate and ethyl thiocarbamate, respectively .The results indicated that the best removal efficiency could be achieved when the optimal retention time was 8 h,the appropriate ranges of pH was 6~7,the dosage of glucose was 0.1 g/L. Besides, the concentration of sulfide bearing reached 120 mg/L.
