Abstract:

Two technologies of sintering municipal sewage sludge for manufacturing haydite ("wet process granulation-sintering" and "anhydration-sintering") were studied.The influences of technology,batch formula and sintering temperature on the compression strength,hygroscopic coefficient and density of haydite were analyzed.Two different kinds of fluxing actions and their action temperature of zeolite powder and clay were also investigated.The result showed that the "anhydration-sintering" technology was more suitable,and the proper mixture ratio was 50% of dry sludge,30%~40% of fly ash and 10%~20% of clay.The environmental security of product was also testified.
