Study on selection of adsorptive carrier and decolorization of dyes by Phanerochaete chrysosporium
Phanerochaete chrysosporium吸附载体的选择及染料降解研究

The decolorization of dyes and the abilities of enzymes production by Phanerochaete chrysosporium were investigated under the conditions of free hypha cultivation and growing on different carriers. The results indicated that the hypha could grow well on and into the carrier. Among the three tested carriers (sawdust, corncob and peanut shell), the sawdust was the best. P. chrysosporium with sawdust carriers had significant advantage both in continuously producing enzymes and decolorization with more than 95% color removal rate of RB5 even after 3 rounds of dye supplemented and the enzyme activity of 596 U/L manganese dependant peroxidase (MnP) and 1 326 U/L lignin peroxidase (LiP), respectively.
