Investigation of recycling copper from waste printed circuit boards

Abstract:
Copper in wasted printed circuit boards was treated by suspension electrolysis to gain copper powder.The orthogonal experiment was designed with four factors influencing three parameters-purity quotient of copper powder,expulsion rate and current efficiency,three levels for each factor.Results showed that CuSO_4, Cl~-and the density of current significantly influenced the three parameters.The optimized combination of experimental factors was concluded by analyzing outcomes of the orthogonal experiment.Under...
