Experimental investigation on aggregation of ultrafine particles in swirling flow field

Abstract:
The medium size of the ultrafine catalyst particles with diverse particle distribution and concentration varies significantly after 50 hours' circulation in hydrocyclone from FCC three-stage cyclone.If the dispersed phase takes up more proportion or the particles are smaller,the particles collide more frequently and the tendency of aggregation appears more apparent.The tests of congregational rate show that because of unstable enough aggregation of the particles,it is easiest for the particles to aggregate ...
