Study on recycling of polystyrene resin by thin film drying

Abstract:
The recycled polystyrene was dissolved in organic solvents and coated on stainless steel deliver. The polystyrene resin can be regenerated by heating the thin films on water vapor.The regenerated resin has excellent properties. Recycling rate of the solvents can reach above 97%.
