Flocculation of cyanobacteria by chitosan-nanometals

The flocculation of cyanobacteria by chitosan-nano-Ti,nano-Fe or sediment collected from Guishui Lake were investigated in this paper.It was found that,compared with the sediment and nano-Ti,nano-Fe was showed to be a better flocculating agent for the flocculation of cyanobacterial cells,and more than 79.5% of cyanobacterial cells were flocculated in 10 min.The effect of pH on the flocculation of cyanobacterial cells was further studied.It was indicated that the flocculation efficiency of cyanobacterial cel...
