Study on recycling and reusing of industrial wastewater containing dimethylamine

Abstract:
The wastewater coming from leather factor containing lower concentrations of dimethylamine was measured in a laboratory continuous distillation tower.The BH-type structured packing was used in this distillation tower.Results indicate that the using of this technology can strip the dimethylamine at the top of tower up to 47%which can meet the quality standard of 40%dimethylamine;the concentration of less than 50 mg/L industry water can be obtained at the bottom of tower.
