Biotreatment techniques,in cold regions,have low efficiency and great difficulty meeting standards.In this paper,several psychrotrophs were obtained from water and soil samples.Strain N,with top high-rate growth,was selected to research.Based on mechanism of dehydrogenase activity,its removal efficiency was analyzed under different conditions.Furthermore,it was compared with activated sludge in dehydrogenase activity and degradation ability.Results indicated that this strain is psychrotrophic.According to h...
