Study on influencing factors of oil recovering rate of oily sludge with coking technology

Abstract:
Sludge with high oil contents produced in oil field was treated by catalytic coking method to recover crude oil in the sludge.The factors influencing oil recovering rate from the sludge during coking process were analyzed by single-factor and orthogonal experiment.The optimum operation condition for this kind sludge treatment by coking with high oil recovering rate was get.The sludge processed with the coking method can be used as farm field soil meeting the environmental standards.
