Investigation on absorption performance of SO2 in wet-flue spray tower
|
Abstract:
The absorption model of SO_2 in spray tower was established on the double film theory and ionizationand of SO_2 in slurry droplets and the influence of slurry droplets splashed to the tower wall, and the predication results were consistent with the experimental data, at the same time, the parameters such as the liquid-gas ratio and solid ratio in slurry were researched on this model. To reduce the splashing extent of droplet gets an advantage of slurry utilization and the desulfurization performances. The reasonable liquid-gas ratio and matching absorbing time can be obtained at the initial SO_2 concentration in the flue gas and desulfurization efficiency. Solid ratio in slurry affects the absorbing velocity of SO_2, circulation slurry volume, desulfurization efficiency and the SO_2 concentration in droplets, and the influence on the SO_2 removal extent is more evident at the lower solid ratio.
