A NEW METHOD FOR EXTRACTING SPOT TARGET FROM THE OCEAN AND SKY SCENES
一种用于检测海空背景下的斑点目标的新方法

A new method robust to noise is designed to enhance the contrast between target and background, and a novel technique to extract the spot target in image is presented, on the basis of the normal distribution of local energy of target. Experiment results has shown that the method is effective in extracting spot target in a single frame.
