Study on enzyme properties and optimization of enzyme activity conditions in dye wastewater biofilm

The properties and optimization of the conditions of dehydrogenase,lipase and esterase in biofilm for a facultative-aerobic dye wastewater purification process were investigated.Results showed that the intracellular enzyme 2.2% of dehydrogenase activity was detected in the supernatant and about 82.5% of lipase activity and 79.9% of esterase activity were associated with microbial cells in the biofilm.An increase of dehydrogenase activity occurred and inhibitories of 59.8% and 18.9% to lipase and esterase ac...
