Study on distribution of reduction targets based on DEA model
基于DEA模型的区域削减指标分配研究

A model for distribution of regional emission reduction indices was established by using data envelopment analysis (DEA).The emission efficiency of main pollutants such as COD and SO2 and utilization efficiency of water resource and energy for 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China for the year of 2005 were comprehensively analyzed.The analytical results show that emission efficiency of COD and SO2 and utilization efficiency of water resource and energy are relatively low,the potentials of energy saving and water saving are great.
