Preparation of immobilized crude oil degrading strain and research of its property

Abstract:
A petroleum hydrocarbon degrading strain Y-13 was selected from the soil which contaminated by oil,its degradation rate was 57.45%,and it was the Bacillus by the preliminary determination.Taking Y-13 for immobilized and choosing polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),sodium alginate(SA) as the main carrier material,crude oil from Shengli oil field was selected to be response substance.Effect of preparation conditions and running conditions on characteristics of immobilized balls were studied.The optimum imbedding condition...
